I had a rough experience at this hotel. While the check-in process was easy and the staff was friendly, my room had some serious issues like a musty smell and dead bugs outside. The location is decent, near food options, but I didn't feel completely safe there. I had to leave early due to the poor conditions, and the response to my request for a refund was disappointing as well.
